1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the GrowTracker service (the "App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

GrowTracker is operated by Asaf Bahat, Israeli authorized dealer (osek murshe) no. 60957693.

2. Service Description

GrowTracker is a digital tracking tool for managing growth hormone injections. The Service provides:

• Daily injection schedule tracking
• Push reminders for fridge removal, injection, and parent notifications
• Syringe inventory management with low-stock alerts
• Automatic injection site rotation
• Growth tracking (height and weight)
• Family access with parent and teen accounts

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

GrowTracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The App is a tracking and organizational tool only. It is designed to help manage schedules and reminders, but:

• Does not replace medical guidance from a doctor, nurse, or any healthcare professional
• Does not diagnose medical conditions or recommend treatments
• Is not responsible for medical outcomes resulting from use or non-use of the Service
• Is not a substitute for professional medical monitoring

Always follow your treating physician's instructions. In any case of medical doubt, consult your doctor.

4. Account Registration

When registering for the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

The Service offers two account types:

• Parent Account — Full access to manage child profiles and oversight
• Teen Account — Limited access for self-management under parental supervision

4a. Consent to Health Data Processing

The App collects and processes information related to medical treatment (medication names, dosage amounts, injection history, growth measurements). This information is classified as sensitive data under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

During registration, separate explicit consent is required for processing this health-related data. You may withdraw this consent at any time through account settings, but withdrawal will result in account deactivation as the Service cannot function without processing this data.

4b. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Your data is stored on Render cloud servers in the United States. By registering for the Service, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in the USA. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Enter accurate information and update it as needed
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
• Verify all medical decisions with your treating physician

6. Teen Accounts

Teen accounts are designed for children and teens managing their injections independently. Special conditions:

• Parental consent is required to create a teen account
• The parent retains full access to the child's data and oversight
• The parent may cancel the teen account at any time
• Teen accounts are always linked to a parent account

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers different plans:

• Free Trial — 30 days of full access at no cost, no credit card required
• Essential — Basic plan with core features
• Pro — Advanced plan with all features

Payment terms:

• Payment is made in advance for the subscription period (monthly or yearly)
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, text, icons, and other content, is the property of GrowTracker and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The information you enter into the Service (child details, injection history, etc.) remains your full property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for:

• Missed or improperly administered injections, even if reminders were not sent or were sent late
• Any medical outcomes resulting from use or non-use of the Service
• Data loss due to technical issues
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous and reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service may be unavailable:

• During scheduled maintenance
• Due to unexpected technical issues
• Due to factors beyond our control

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to harm the Service or other users

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
